Residence Building Attendant
Employment Status: Full time, part time and relief work
Summary of Job Description:
Responsible for the maintenance and security functions of Jubilee Place.
Hours of Work: Afternoon, evenings and graveyard
Wage: Range from $16.28 to $16.97/hour
Job Qualifications:
Grade 12 education with a certificate in First Aid; recent, related experience in building maintenance and security or equivalent combination of education, training and
experience.
Skills and Abilities:
Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to plan, organize and prioritize; able to deal with vulnerable people with empathy and understanding and resolve
conflict that respects people’s dignity.
