Mental illness means loss on so many levels, from a job or a relationship, to one's own dignity. It's hard to regain a sense of hope. Sometimes we need help. CMHA is there.
With your help, CMHA can help someone with mental illness find a place to call home, or to find and keep a job when illness strikes. We believe that a caring community heals, and restores hope.

- joining the Homelessness Committee
You can also offer your services to assist with some of our fundraising events. Donations can be made to JC/CMHA in cash, or by donating an item to be auctioned or raffled at the Central Interior Community Services Co-op Annual Diamond Dinner fundraising event.
